I’m the daughter of a hairstylist and one of ten children, born and raised in sunny Boca Raton, Florida. With over 17 years of experience behind the chair, hair has always been more than just a career—it’s been a lifelong passion.

That passion began in childhood, playing hairstylist with my grandma and aunts. They always said I’d have my own salon one day. As I grew older, my love for the beauty industry only deepened. By middle and high school, I was the go-to for hair and makeup among my friends—we all loved those glam moments! It became clear that this was more than just a hobby—it was my calling.

While attending cosmetology school, I worked at one of Boca Raton’s top salons, learning from some of the most talented stylists and educators in the industry. I earned my license in 2007 and jumped straight into salon life, growing my clientele and honing my skills. Even then, what mattered most to me was creating meaningful connections with my clients—while doing what I truly love.

In 2013, I moved to Chicago to explore new opportunities and take my career to the next level. I worked at a local salon with locations in Andersonville, Lakeview (Boystown), and Wicker Park—each neighborhood with its own unique style and vibe. The variety kept me on my toes and expanded my versatility as a stylist. Outside the salon, I poured my creativity into photoshoots and editorial work, styling avant-garde looks for magazine submissions.

By 2015, I made Andersonville my home and became a full-time stylist there. The sense of community made me feel like everyone was family—and I knew it was the perfect place to put down roots. In May 2018, I opened HAIR GIRL HAIR.

My specialties include custom lived-in color techniques, vivid fantasy shades, advanced corrective color, precision haircuts for all textures (from thin and straight to thick and curly), Brazilian Blowout smoothing treatments, and hair extensions. I’ve also trained at Bumble and Bumble University, mastering both styling and razor cutting techniques.

What sets me apart is my approach: I listen closely to each client’s hair history and goals, creating personalized solutions that align with their lifestyle. Whether you’re coming in for a trim or a dramatic color transformation, I’ll walk you through every step—from maintenance tips to product recommendations using IGK and Victory for your specific hair needs.

At HAIR GIRL HAIR, I promise not only consistent, beautiful results—but also a space where you feel heard, supported, and confident. The bond I build with every person who sits in my chair is just as important to me as the work I create.
